The recruitment process is above all a mutual exchange.
Our goal?
Identify if our expectations and your vision are aligned, while ensuring a structured, fast, and transparent process.
Each step is designed to get to know you better and offer you clear visibility on the position and our expectations.
Here is how our process goes:
📞 HR interview
A first telephone conversation aimed at exploring your background, your motivations, and your compatibility with the position. This interview also allows you to better understand your expectations and answer your questions about our culture and values.
🔥 Soft-Skills Test
A thorough test to analyze your key behavioral skills: adaptability, stress management, critical thinking and decision-making. This step also allows you to discuss your past experiences and how they can be applied to the position.
🕵️ Interview with one of the Co-Fondators
An exchange with our co-founder, for candidates applying for the position of SDR. This interview allows you to deepen your vision, your working methods and your alignment with our mission. It is also an opportunity to ask all your questions about the challenges of the position and the prospects for evolution.
🕵️ Meeting with your Team Leader
You will have the opportunity to exchange with the Lead SDR or SalesOps Rev Ops to learn more about the missions, the team and express your ambitions. It will also be the ideal time to ask all your questions, including those you were not able to address previously, and ensure that the work environment suits you.
A 5 to 10-minutes roleplay will be included in the interview to evaluate your sales skills in real life situations.
