To support our growth, we are looking for a Team Leader 100% dedicated to managing SDRs.

🎯 Your missions:

🚀 Drive the performance of an SDR team: analyze KPIs, set objectives, monitor results, identify improvement levers.

🧠 Train and upskill: onboarding, individual coaching, role-play workshops, regular feedback.

💬 Animate motivation: team rituals, challenges, close support.

🔧 Improve processes: contribute to structuring prospecting methods and optimizing tools.

🧩 Collaborate with your SDRs' clients to ensure the success of their missions.

✅ Profile sought

- Experience in B2B prospecting + first experience in team management (SDR, Sales, or Call Center)

- Strong results and data-driven mindset

- Natural leadership, ability to rally a team

- Excellent level of English and Spanish

- French is a must

- Willingness to commit to a high-potential entrepreneurial adventure
