Are you looking for an exciting opportunity in B2B sales? Do not look any further ! European Digital Group launches its new entity in Barcelona, dedicated to B2B Sales outsourcing: European Sales Group and the team is growing!
You will be playing a key role in structuring and energizing the business.
As a Lead SDR, your time will be split between team management and SDR duties. Your responsibilities will include:
- Team Management (50% of your time):
- Daily management of a team of 4 to 5 SDRs
- Leading the team to maintain a high-performance dynamic: morning briefings, end-of-week debriefs, weekly meetings, and challenges
- Uniting and motivating the team through joint action plans, regular meetings, and team-building activities
- Implementing coaching, planning, and strategic sales forecasting according to management’s guidelines
- Analyzing and evaluating the team’s results, both in productivity and performance, and proposing corrective actions as needed, either individually or collectively.
- SDR Function (50% of your time):
- Managing a portfolio of clients, primarily through cold calling and email campaigns, with the objective of generating qualified appointments.
You will have the opportunity to participate in cross-functional projects depending on your skills development and results (e.g., recruitment, client relationship management).

We are looking for a dynamic individual ready to invest in our projects!
Do you have at least two years of experience as a Senior SDR/Sales Enabler, or coach, with a true sales spirit and a strong passion for negotiation? If so, this role is for you!
Passionate about sharing knowledge, you excel at helping your team members develop their skills. You know how to inspire and guide your team by leading by example.
Your mindset is geared towards proposing innovative solutions. You are proactive and a driving force in improving your team’s performance.
You have a natural relationship-building ability and active listening skills, which are essential both in your interactions with clients and in your role as a manager.
Languages: At a minimum, professional-level English is mandatory to communicate effectively with all members of our international team.
