Recruitment Process
The key steps to becoming our next talent!
Our Process to Get to Know You Better
he recruitment process is, above all, a mutual exchange.
Our Goal?
To determine if our expectations and your vision align while ensuring a structured, fast, and transparent process.
Every step is designed to get to know you better and provide you with a clear understanding of the role and our expectations.
Here’s how our process works:

📞 HR Interview
An initial phone interview to explore your background, motivations, and fit for the role. This conversation also allows us to understand your expectations and answer any questions you may have about our culture and values.

🔥 Soft Skills Test
An in-depth assessment to analyze your key behavioral skills: adaptability, stress management, critical thinking, and decision-making. This stage also provides an opportunity to discuss your past experiences and how they can apply to the role.

🕵️ Interview with a Co-Founder
A discussion with our Co-Founder for candidates applying for the SDR position. This interview delves into your vision, work methods, and alignment with our mission. It’s also a chance to ask any questions about the role’s challenges and growth opportunities.
A 5 to 10-minute role-play exercise will be included to evaluate your sales skills in a real-life scenario.

🤝Meeting with Your Team Lead
You will have the opportunity to meet with the Lead SDR or SalesOps Rev Ops to learn more about the role, the team, and share your ambitions.
This is also the perfect moment to ask any remaining questions, ensuring that the work environment aligns with your expectations.

🎯 Reference Check
We reach out to your former employers or managers to gather feedback on your experience, skills, and professional impact. This step helps us gain a comprehensive understanding of your background.

🚀 Final Decision
If all steps are successfully completed, we will get back to you quickly with our decision.
Regardless of the outcome, we are committed to providing you with detailed and constructive feedback as soon as possible.
